The purpose of the tendering process is to conclude an agreement with one (1) service provider for services regarding a payment factory, including SWIFT services.

The ministry of Foreign Affairs would like to automate the manual way of making payments by using a payment factory solution and SWIFT Service Bureau.

The purpose of the tendering process is to conclude an Agreement with one (1) service provider for services regarding a payment factory, including SWIFT services.

The following falls within the scope of the contract:

• hosting of a SaaS solution;

• connection to the SWIFT network;

• implementation (including making the system ready for use, connection to ERP system, support with or set up and maintain connectivity with banks by secure transmission protocols like SWIFT or H2H;

• training of users;

• licenses for at least:

— all cashless payment transactions (incoming and outgoing) between the ERP system (SAP) and SWIFT/H2H,

— reporting of bank lines,

— user administration,

— testing (sandbox);

• ensuring proper functioning of the system, including software configuration, connecting new banks, keeping payment formats up-to-date and developing new payment formats (upon request);

• user support;

• consultancy services;

• support with retransition/phasing out.
