The subject of the contract is the promotion service of the Municipality of Gdynia and the Gdynia Sports Centre of the budget unit and its activities in connection with the organization of MTB ("MTB" - Mountain Terrain Bike) cycling competitions - mountain biking, i.e. a form of cycling practiced with the use of mountain bikes, organized by the Contractor no later than by June 30, 2023 in at least one of the cities included in the Tri-City (i.e. Gdańsk, Sopot, Gdynia).

1. The subject of the contract is the promotion service of the Municipality of Gdynia and the Gdynia Sports Centre of the budget unit and its activities in connection with the organization of MTB cycling competitions ("MTB" - Mountain Terrain Bike) - mountain biking, i.e. a form of cycling practiced with the use of mountain bikes, (hereinafter referred to as the "Competition"), organized by the Contractor no later than by June 30, 2023 in at least one of the cities included in the Tri-City (i.e. Gdańsk, Sopot, Gdynia).

2. Characteristics of the professions:

The competition must last for at least 2 days, have in its assumption a race in the competitions, children, youth and adults. They should consist in racing cyclists on a long, endurance route with a variable profile and variable surface on at least two distances with a minimum length of 20 and a minimum of 40 km during MTB cycling competitions. No less than 250 competitors must take part in the Event.
