The purpose of the procurement is to be able to call in reinforcements of caretakers and property technicians at short notice. The client must have the opportunity to train the staffing staff based on the client's conditions. The staffing staff should then be able to sit on the "substitutes' bench" and be ready to be called in for both shorter and longer assignments.
