Procedure open pursuant to the combined provisions of art. 114, art. 122, art. 60 and art. 35, co. 2 letter a) of Legislative Decree 50/2016 for the assignment of the integrated contract concerning the purpose of the executive design and execution of the renovation of the railway armament in the Anagnina—Ottaviano section of the Rome metro line “A”, to be experienced with the e-Procurement system.

II.2.4) Description of the contract: The value of the tender contract is 28 301 608.32 EUR excluding VAT, of which:

(a) EUR 27 515 563.50 as an alleged amount for work, to measure, subject to a lower percentage of tender;

(b) EUR 637 769.17 for security charges, the amount not subject to a decline rate of tender;

(c) EUR 148 275.65 as an alleged amount per design service, subject to a lower percentage of tender;

II.2.4.1) pursuant to the regulation approved by D.P.R. 5.10.2010 n. 207, in accordance with Art. 61, paragraph 2, the contract, for the work component is qualified as category OS29, ranking VIII. Pursuant to art. 23, paragraph 16 of Legislative Decree 50/2016, the total cost of labor amounts to EUR 6 364 445.41.

II.2.4.2) The classes and categories related to executive design (service component) referred to in Ministerial Decree 17.6.2016 and the alleged fees for the design are as follows: plants — infrastructures for mobility — ordinary road roads, tramways, railways, railway roads, ordinary roads, excluding works of art to be compensated separately — bike paths — ID. Works V.02 for a design amount of 148 EUR 275.65 (relative to the OS29 processing class).
