Award procedure for the conclusion of a framework agreement
for IT support in the event of a critical IT attack
The service for IT support in the event of a serious IT attack on a college or university in the state of Baden-Württemberg is put out to tender. This framework agreement is intended to make it possible to take advantage of the advice and support measures necessary for the resolution of a security incident without delay.
This concerns the current annual requirements of Heidelberg University and other public clients.
The contract runs for two years with a two-time extension option for a further contract year. The maximum contract term is four years.
