The object of the order are the planning services of:

- Project planning for buildings and interiors (lot 1),

- Specialist planning of the structural engineering (lot 2),

— Technical planning, technical equipment (Lot 3).

The planning services are divided into 3 lots. An application for only one lot as well as for multiple/all lots is permitted.

The client initially only commissions the service phases 1 to 3 according to HOAI and reserves the right to commission the further service phases individually or as a whole. There is no entitlement to further commissioning, nor can other contractual obligations arise for the client. In the event of a call, the contractor is obliged to provide the services, if necessary also in stages, individually or as a whole.
