ASSIGNMENT OF THE EDUCATIONAL AND AUXILIARY CO-MANAGEMENT SERVICE OF THE MUNICIPAL NURSERY SCHOOLS IN VIA VARESE, VIA BOLZANO AND THE ABIBO 'EARLY CHILDHOOD CENTER IN GARBAGNATE MILANESE

The contract concerns the co-management of the ABIBO Early Childhood Center (12 — 36 months) and the “Villa Sicilia” Nursery Centres in Via Varese and Via Bolzano (3-36 months) of the Municipality of Garbagnate Milanese, consisting in the organization of educational, welfare, sanitization and cleaning and in the conduct of thematic workshops for attending children according to an intervention program established by the Services Directorate Educational projects of the Municipality of Garbagnate Mil.se.

The purpose of co-management is to ensure the nursery service with adequate opening times in order to meet the needs of families, ensuring the well-being of the child.

The service object of this contract is recognized as being in the public interest, so for no reason it may be suspended, abandoned, with the commitment to execute it at any time. and condition
