Pipeline contract for a new building on the Toivonkatu campus in Luxembourg.

New building approx. 8,000 brm 2 will be carried out in two (2) phases and construction work will begin in June 2019. In the first phase approximately 4,000 brm. 2 The new building will be completed in spring 2020. In the second phase, part of the old building will be demolished and approximately 4,000 brm will be built between the new and the old building. 2 's new issue, due in spring 2021.

The building is a 1 to 3-storey building with a prefabricated concrete structure, the facades of which are mainly concrete sandwich panels and glass. The water ceiling is a wood-ceilinged roof.

The project is implemented through a split contract. Separate construction (= main), pipe, ventilation, and electrical works are carried out on the site.
