The city of Rietberg set the course early on for "energy transition" and "role model". The decision to adopt the climate protection concept with the two outstanding objectives of “Climate-neutral city administration 2022” and “Balance sheet energy self-sufficiency in the urban area of Rietberg 2030” is the basis of our actions. Since then, many projects have been successfully implemented and others are being actively promoted. Awards and prizes such as “Master Plan 100% Climate Protection Municipality 2016-2020”, multiple “eea GOLD Municipality” and “Municipality in a New Light” strengthen the relevant motivation among the actors involved.

The project "Climate-neutral city administration Rietberg 2022 - with motivation and innovation to the goal" is funded by the European Fund for Regional Development (ERDF) 2014-2020. The packages of measures 4 (without hydraulic connection to the local heating network) and 5 according to. Grant application.

The order includes freelance planning services.

The following services are to be awarded:

- Technical equipment (service phases 1-9 in accordance with HOAI § 55 in conjunction with Appendix 15, Appendix groups 2, 3 and 8 and 1 and 4-7 if necessary).

The required services are based on the HOAI service profiles. The client reserves the right to contract in stages and, if necessary, in sections. In the first stage, it is planned to commission service phases 1-4.
