The municipality of Hollola will put out to tender food deliveries related to its own operations to the service kitchens of schools and daycare centres from the regional kitchens of Koulurinne and Kalliola for the agreement period starting on 2.1.2024. Return of transport boxes, trolleys and containers to manufacturing kitchens. School holiday deliveries are planned on a case-by-case basis.
The delivery addresses at the time of the invitation to tender are given in Annex One (Appendix 1) to the invitation to tender. The same appendix includes e.g. delivery dates and times by destination, transport volumes, note. three (3) different sheets in the same workbook. The pricing must include site-specific delivery prices excluding VAT.
The offer is requested with the current delivery volume and in such a way that an external service provider transports all municipal food deliveries. It is possible that delivery destinations will decrease or deliveries will be concentrated on two days of the week during the contract period instead of the current 3-5.
The food services of the municipality of Hollola request a tender for transporting food, food and internal supplies related to operations from production kitchens to service kitchens located in schools and daycare centres around the municipality.
Route changes and reductions in destinations are possible during the agreement period. The contract period begins on 2.1.2024.
During school holidays, food preparation is centralised. Holidays are planned separately and therefore during school holidays the places of delivery of transport and their number vary.
A service description of the desired transport services can be found in the appendix. In addition to the minimum quality requirements set for the service provider and equipment, a separate quality score is taken into account if the transport entrepreneur offers a clean fuel vehicle solution (electricity or biogas) to at least another municipality (Maakansa and Vesikansa) in a manner that is visible in the criteria of the object of procurement. In Vesikansa, such a fuel solution would be easier and more reliable to use due to lower driving performance.
