Renewal of the catenary system in the catenary section FL-1 between the Nordschule stop and Altenburger Straße

Renewal and reinforcement of a post-tensioned 750 V light rail catenary system in the Jena line area northern catenary section 1 as part of the project "Der 800" (FLA - LOT 3): between the stops Nordschule and Altenburger Straße, flush with the road as a high chain on

Side masts with multi-track boom and cross spans. The catenary system is provided with a Valthermo contact wire 120 mm² (or equivalent material) throughout and the suspension cable is designed with Valthermo120. The new transverse spans will be constructed with a cross-section of at least Bz II 50 mm².

The masts are designed as 8-sided steel masts. The masts are to be established by means of steel drill pipes.

For the renewal of the catenary system, the following services must be provided:

Construction of drill pipe foundations, setting of steel masts, erection of cantilevers, transverse spans and curve extensions, laying of catenary and single catenary, connection of the renewed catenary system to the existing system, restoration of connections of existing feeds.

The scope of the contract includes the delivery of masts, steel drill foundations and all attachments.

Furthermore, this includes the installation of all necessary system components as well as the functional commissioning of the completed catenary system.
