The regional offices of Diku — the Norwegian Agency for International Cooperation and Quality Enhancement in Higher Education, Skills Norway and the Norwegian Directorate for Education and Training, shall be co-located in a new building in Strandgata 8 that is subject to construction. This notice applies to the establishment of one joint framework agreement for Diku — the Norwegian Agency for International Cooperation and Quality Enhancement in Higher Education, Skills Norway and the Norwegian Directorate for Education and Training with one provider of cleaning services in Strandgata 8 in Tromsø.
The objective of the tender contest is to enter into a contract with one provider for daily regular cleaning on weekdays for the premises in the first and second floors in Strandgata 8 in Tromsø.
Spring cleaning and commissioned cleaning services are also included in the agreement.
As a general rule, the spring cleaning should be carried out during daytime on Saturdays and Sundays during the general staff holiday in July in accordance with further agreement. Other weekends during the year may also be relevant.
The value of the agreement is estimated to be NOK 2 million, excluding VAT for the entire period of four years, including spring cleaning. The value of the agreement is only an estimate and is not binding for the contracting authority.
The premises as they are planned have a total of approx.1 694 m
The contracting authority wants the cleaner (s) to have enough time to carry out high-quality cleaning and has concluded that the time spent on daily regular cleaning on weekdays should be 5 hours.
NB: Tenders that deviate from 5 hours per day for regular cleaning on weekdays will be rejected.
