The purpose of the market is the planning of the activity, the reclassification of the relief circuits and the collection of indexes of gas meters.

From the lists of relief circuits to be made, with and without appointment, on objective dates, given each month and updated marginally each week by REGAZ, the service provider must:

A) provide the schedule in return with a maximum deviation of 4 days from the objective and the organization chosen;

B) modify, if necessary, the reading order of the circuit counting points;

C) make, if necessary, appointments with clients;

D) collect the indexes requested on the terminals supplied;

E) deposit, if applicable, a card announcing 1 2 e passage;

F) deposit, if applicable, a self-reading card.

The forecast quantities for the 1 re year are given for information only: 246,000 readings - 200 counting points reordered in their circuit.

In the event of a renewal of the market, the number of replacements could be reduced by 10,000 during the 2 e year then again from 20,000 la 3 e year.
