The object of this assignment is to take out an occupational accidents insurance contract for OCMW Menen.

The insurer is reminded that the conditions stated in these specifications always take precedence over his general conditions or the conditions stated in the policy.

Specific provisions of the specifications will therefore have to be included in the policies that will be drawn up afterwards.
