Tampere Rental House Foundation sr Group's electricity sales contract was put out to tender, as a result of which the electricity supplier's margins and contract terms are agreed. Electrical energy is billed monthly and its price consists of the seller's margins, hourly spot delivery and the settlement of power-based price fixations made to reduce price risk, the current volume fee for production and consumption of the balancing service by the transmission system operator Fingrid, and Datahub's current site-specific charges.
