The school/pupil transports that are the subject of the procurement refer to taxi services in accordance with the Basic Education Act for those pre-primary education pupils who, in accordance with the Basic Education Act and/or the school transport principles of the Board of Education and Training of the City of Haapavesi (hereinafter referred to as the client), are entitled to free school transport and who are not able to use public transport for their school trips. In addition, the procurement targets children in early childhood education and care who are entitled to ride, as well as the city of Haapavesi's taxi services from the side villages to the city's urban agglomeration.
