The contracting authority will enter into a contract for the delivery of multi-function machines and associated print solutions for Vestland fylkeskommune [County] and all entities that are listed in Appendix D. The municipalities have the right, but no obligation, to purchase print solutions.

A framework agreement for the assignment shall be signed with one supplier. The framework agreement period is 2 years. The contracting authority shall have an option for an extension of the framework agreement for further 2 years/1 + 1 year, to a maximum total of 4 years.
