The subject of the contract is Comprehensive supply of electricity along with distribution service for facilities and infrastructure as well as subordinate organizational units of the Grodzisk Mazowiecki municipality for 2024. The subject of the contract is a comprehensive supply of electricity along with a distribution service for facilities and infrastructure as well as subordinate organizational units of the municipality of Grodzisk Mazowiecki for 2024. A detailed description of the subject of the contract includes:

(a) the list of units and characteristics of objects and their energy intake points in Grodzisk Mazowiecki Municipality — Annex No 6 to SWZ,

(b) the estimated amount of energy ordered. This quantity is only indicative, used to compare tenders and in no case constitutes an obligation on the part of the Contracting Authority to purchase energy in the quantity given. The Contractor shall not be entitled to any claim for not collecting the maximum amount of energy by the Ordering Party,

(c) any change in the expected estimated consumption will not result in additional costs for the Contracting Authority, except for the actual amount of energy consumed according to the prices specified in the Contractor's offer.

d) The minimum amount of energy supplied is 7 793.00 MWh

Supply of electricity by the Contractor to the Employer is to be based on generally applicable law, in particular on the terms specified in the provisions of the Energy Law, Civil Code and the executive provisions issued on their basis.
