The purpose of this tender is to select and contract an organization for the 'selection, employment and guidance of people with a distance to the labor market, belonging to one of the target groups of the Job Agreement and Quota of Labor Restrictions Act'

The estimated value of the Assignment is based on the following number of hours per year:

Foreman: 1,950 hours per year (37.5 hours per week x 52 weeks per year).

Employees: 15,792 hours per year (329 hours per week x 48 weeks per year).

The foreman is deployed at 52 weeks, because a foreman must always be present when an employee is staffed. The employees are set at 48 weeks instead of 52 weeks, because there are fewer activities during the students' holidays and therefore a smaller occupancy is possible.

Mandatory days off according to cao MBO – also means no commitment on those days.

It is expected that this contract value will remain at the same level in the coming years.
