The purpose of the contract is the assignment by the Municipality of Catanzaro of the Third Party Liability (RCT) and Civil Liability insurance service to Employment Providers (R.C.O.) for the only in the case of death of a natural person with a three-year validity, a ceiling per accident and per deceased person of €5,000,000.00 (Euro five million/00) for an auction-based amount of 600,000.00 (six hundred thousand per 00) ancillary charges and taxes included.
