1. The object of the order is the delivery and installation of 45 pcs of photovoltaic installations in the area of the municipalities of Połaniec, Oleśnica, Łubnice as part of the project “Increase of the use of renewable energy sources in the territory of the partner municipalities of Połańca, Oleśnica, Łubnic, Stopnica”:

The installation consists of:
1) Installation of panels,
2) installation of the inverter,
3) installation of AC and DC switchgear,
4) DC installation,
5) AC AC AC AC installation,
6) anti-shock protection, surge,
7) installation of groundings and compensatory connections,
8) the performance of tests, tests and commissioning of the photovoltaic installation,
9) finishing at least according to the original state of the area of the installation transitions (plaster/warming, passages through walls, ceilings, roof) and effective protection against weathering of the sites outside the facility where the installation work was carried out,
10) Programming and running the automation system together with the connection of the WLAN communication modem to the regulator to read the parameters of the energy output using the Internet for 45 pcs of photovoltaic installations. The controller records daily monthly and annual electricity generated on a microSD or SD card, and allows you to transfer stored information to a mobile external device. The driver or additional module for communication with the network has built-in WiFi based on radio communication for wireless connection to the local existing network (WLAN) and cooperation with the monitoring system
11) training users on the principles of proper operation of the photovoltaic installation, together with the development of detailed instructions and their transmission to users,
12) Connection of the plant to the power grid with the notification of connection of the plant to the distribution network PGE Distribution S.A. on the basis of the guidelines available on the site.
13. Other elements included in Annex 1 to the SWZ and the Draft Agreement constituting Annex No 8 to the SWZ.

The Contracting Authority requires that during assembly take into account the requirements of disabled persons and the availability of controls (installation to be carried out in a manner that ensures the possibility of carrying out service activities for persons with disabilities in particular on trolleys disability).
