West Yorkshire Consortium of Colleges (WYCC), is inviting applications from providers to deliver training programmes for SME employers and their employees in the Leeds City Region. HPW aims to:
— improve staff motivation, leadership, communication and teamwork,
— increase staff retention,
— enhance employee involvement and commitment,
— ensure higher levels of financial performance WYCC is seeking providers across the following lots:
1) Interventions for export and innovation to enable SMEs to access new markets;
2) Innovative working and employment practices;
3) Leadership skills with specific interventions to support female employees to narrow the gender gap in leadership positions;
4) Development of effective HR practices.
Training will be 40 % part funded by the European Social Fund (ESF), enabling employers to access quality training at a reduced cost. Applicants will be appraised and evaluated based on the technical submission (70 %) and value (30 %).
