The contracting entity requests applications for participation in the procurement of access rights to information systems supporting primary health care and oral health care service production in the wellbeing services county of Satakunta and related services (hereinafter "Solution").

2M-IT Oy ("2M-IT" and/or the "procurement unit"), acting as the contracting entity in this procurement, provides its owner-customer the wellbeing services county of Satakunta ("Customer") as an in-house company. The Solution to be procured shall include the functionalities of primary and oral health care.

The entity to be procured will be integrated as part of the continuous services provided by the contracting entity.

In addition to access rights, the object of procurement includes services, but most of the value of the procurement is allocated to the off-the-shelf software product.
