1. The subject of the contract is the supply of petroleum products to rolling stock. The Contractor is obliged to deliver the subject of the contract with the certificate 3.1 according to PN-EN 10204:2006 in the assortment of products and their quantities for individual tasks specified in the tables contained in Annex 1 to the model contract constituting Annex 9 to the SWZ.
2. The Order has been divided into 2 lots (hereinafter referred to as "Tasks"), i.e.:
1) Task No. 1 – Supply of oils
2) Task No. 2 – Supply of lubricants
3. The Ordering Party shall not allow the submission of variant offers.
4. An offer may be made for all Tasks or for selected ones.
5. A detailed description of the subject of the contract, including the terms of the contract, is contained in Annex 9 to the SWZ, constituting a model contract.
6. The subject of the contract is specified by the code CPV – 09000000-3.
