The work included in this contract is as follows:

— the cleaning of internal communal areas in blocks of flats and sheltered and supported schemes owned by Soha,

— the cleaning of communal windows, doors and external Pvcu cladding at its general needs blocks of flats and all windows (communal and individual flats), communal doors and external Pvcu cladding at our sheltered and extra schemes. All general needs, sheltered and extra care scheme communal windows to be cleaned internally and externally. Individual flat windows at sheltered and extra care schemes shall only be cleaned externally,

— the specialist cleaning of internal communal areas at three Soha extra care schemes,

— the weekday evening cleaning of Soha’s Didcot Office and West Wing,

— the provision of a costed window cleaning service.

— the cleaning of communal windows, doors and external Pvcu cladding at its general needs blocks of flats and all windows (communal and individual flats), communal doors and external Pvcu cladding at our sheltered and extra schemes. All general needs, sheltered and extra care scheme communal windows to be cleaned internally and externally. Individual flat windows at sheltered and extra care schemes shall only be cleaned externally,

— the specialist cleaning of internal communal areas at three Soha extra care schemes,

— the weekday evening cleaning of Soha’s Didcot Office and West Wing,

— the provision of a costed window cleaning service.
