1. The subject of the order is the gradual delivery of computer equipment and accessories together with a 36-month warranty service.

2. The subject of the order has been divided into two parts, as described in each part contained in the contract notice and the Specification of the Essential Terms of the Contract (SIWZ).

The Awarding Entity provides for the option of exercising the right of option consisting in the possibility of reducing or increasing the amount of computer equipment or accessories covered by the subject of the contract, in accordance with the description of optional deliveries in each part indicated in the contract notice and the ToR.
