The subject of the order is: Provision for the municipality of Kobierzyce of permanent transport services by children's buses to schools and pre-school departments, fixed routes within the Kobierzyce commune, during the school year: 2019/2020 and 2020/2021

Provision by the Contractor of permanent transport services for children covered by compulsory school and annual pre-school preparation. Care over pupils during transport will be provided by a person provided by the school.

The Contractor will provide transport services on school days, taking into account holiday breaks and other days off from didactic classes, in accordance with the organization of the school year. Moving from the place of residence to schools and from schools to the place of residence of pupils will take place only on days implemented by educational units of didactic-educational and caring tasks.

1. The subject of the contract is:

Provision for the municipality of Kobierzyce with regular transport services by children's buses to schools and pre-school departments, with fixed routes within the Kobierzyce commune, during the school year: 2019/2020 and 2020/2021

2. Providing by the Contractor permanent transport services of children covered by compulsory schooling and annual pre-school preparation, care of pupils during transport, will be provided by a person provided by the school.

3. The Contractor bears full responsibility for the safety of the transported students.

4. The Contractor will provide transport services on school days, taking into account holiday breaks and other days off from didactic classes, in accordance with the organization of the school year. Moving from the place of residence to schools and from schools to the place of residence of pupils will take place only on days implemented by educational units of didactic-educational and caring tasks.

5. The carriage shall be carried out in accordance with the following description:

1) Route No. 1 - Transport of students to the Primary School in Pustków Wilczkowski from the following towns: Tyniec nad Ślęza, Jaszowice, Rolantowice, Dobkowice, Damianowice.

Estimated daily number of kilometers (1 transport and 3 transports): 22 km x 4 = 88 km in total.

2) Route No. 2 - Transport of students to the Primary School in Pustków Żurawskie from the following towns: Solna, Żurawice, Owsianka, Bąki.

Estimated daily number of kilometers (2 messengers and 3 transfers): 15 km x 5 = 75 km total.

3) Route No. 3 - Transport of students to the Primary School in Kobierzyce

Estimated total daily kilometers (transport and transfer) 86 km + 180 km = 266 km in total.

4) Route No. 4 - Transport of students to the Primary School in Tyniec Mały from the following towns: Biskupice Podgórne, Małuszów, Racławice Wielkie, Żerniki Małe, Księginice, Domasław.

Estimated daily number of kilometers (2 messengers and 3 voyages): 40 km x 5 = 200 km total.

5) Route No. 5 - Carriage of students to High School in Wysoka and to Primary School in Bielany Wrocławskie from Ślęza and Wysoka.

The estimated total number of kilometers per day (transport and transfer to all schools) is approximately 683 km.

6. Settlement for the transport of students will take place on a monthly basis. The Employer shall pay the Contractor remuneration (the settlement period is a calendar month), constituting the sum of remuneration for transported services, calculated separately for each route, based on the following calculation: number of days in a given month in which pupils were transported, multiplied by the daily cost in a given month ( the daily gross cost of each route calculated from the value of the service indicated by the Contractor in the offer). The basis for payment of the Contractor's remuneration shall be a properly issued invoice together with the list of days in the month in which the journey was carried out.

7. During the duration of the contract, the number of transported pupils, places of residence of the transported pupils, route routing and assigning students to particular routes may change (increase or decrease). The Contractor will not make any claims on this account

- Annex No. 2 - List of educational units of the Kobierzyce commune

- Annex No. 3 - Predicted number of students
