The subject of this invitation to tender is the planning services for the refurbishment and conversion of the Gertrudenschule in Lohne. Spatial bottlenecks, in particular missing group rooms as well as the insufficient size of the teacher's room should be considered. For this purpose, the attic could be completely gutted and used by an appropriate space cut for the school. In addition, extensive renovation work on the existing and on the outer facade, so that a basic renovation of the building under consideration of the monument protection is appropriate. The requirements for the fulfillment of the fire protection concept and accessibility should be considered. The implementation of the construction project should be carried out while maintaining school operations. The provisional cost assumption for the construction costs (KG 300, 400, 500) is 2.2 million EUR net.
