The objective of this contract is to set up a global contract guaranteeing the reimbursement of the social benefits that are the responsibility of the community vis-à-vis the following:

- its permanent staff affiliated to the C.N.R.A.C.L.,

- its permanent staff affiliated with IRCANTEC

- its contract agents affiliated to IRCANTEC

The Communauté d'agglomération du Grand Verdun is conducting a competitive bidding process in order to take out its insurance contract, guaranteeing all or part of the financial risks related to the statutory social protection of its permanent and non-permanent staff
