Andra wishes to carry out a campaign to manufacture prototypes of MA VL storage containers intended to undergo tests allowing both to validate the achievement of their performance and the engineering data necessary to validate the industrial feasibility of such objects.

The content of the service is thus broken down as follows:

- the adaptation of an existing metal mold necessary for the manufacture of a reinforced concrete storage container of specific geometry (dimensions of the mold: 3.2x2.1x2.7m, average weight 8.5T, lid = 3.1x2 , 7x2.1m, average weight 3T) and the adaptation of an existing core holder, optional, used to create reservations in the container;

- the manufacture of prototypes of reinforced concrete storage containers. sixteen containers of three different models are to be produced on a firm basis (average dimensions = 2.2x1.2x1.6m / 1.5x1.5x2.2m / 2x2x1.6m). Eight additional containers are envisaged as an optional part;

- carrying out a cost study for mass production of a large quantity of containers. Two self-compacting concrete formulations, with and without polypropylene fibers, developed specifically for the production of containers must be used. The molds of the different models will be made available to the holder. Plans for packages and reinforcement cages will be provided. It will be necessary to carry out the manufacturing of the closure system of the covers for each prototype (screws and inserts) as well as the handling inserts.
