The North Eastern Education and Library Board invite applicants from competent and experienced Project Managers wishing to be considered for inclusion on a select list to provide the project management service for a new build special school, estimated construction value 15 000 000 GBP. The number of practices is not expected to exceed six number. The form of contract will be carried out using the New Engineering Contract 3rd edition (NEC) Professional Services Contract. The form of contract to deliver the capital works will be options within NEC3 therefore experience of its use will be desirable.

The Project Manager and associated practice must be independent from the integrated design team.
