The subject of the contract is the supply of computer hardware and software. The subject of the contract has been divided into 4 parts:

Part 1 — covering the supply of the following item:

1. Computer set I – 56 pcs.

Part 2 — including the delivery of the following items:

1. Notebook I – 147 pcs.

2. Docking station (I) – 71 pcs.

3. Docking station (II) – 19 pcs.

Part 3 — including the delivery of the following items:

1. Monitor LCD 24" – 89 st.

2. Monitor LCD 27"(I) – 94 st.

3. Monitor LCD 27" (II)– 15 st.

Part 4 – covering:

- delivery of printing devices together with the provision of printing, scanning and faxing system maintenance services;

- delivery and maintenance of cooperating monitoring and reporting software along with printing support on the supplied devices:

1. Multifunction device color A4 (scanner, printer, fax) – 48 pcs.

2. Multifunction device color A3 (scanner, printer) – 22 pcs.

2. Multifunction device color A3 (scanner, printer) – 22 pcs.

Deadline for the performance of the contract in this part:

a) – delivery time up to 45 days from the date of conclusion of the contract, however, due to the date of service provision, no later than by 20 December 2023.

b) – delivery of printing devices together with the provision of printing, scanning and faxing system service as well as delivery and maintenance of cooperating monitoring and reporting software along with printing support on delivered devices for a period of 5 years (01.2024 – 12.2028).
