The deal intends to satisfy UKÄ with a partnership with a Supplier that provides a collaboration space with associated document management and its introduction and establishment. In addition to this, the deal contributes with a multi-year collaboration on management and further development of the system support for collaboration and document management.
The system support will be used by about 120 employees at UKÄ as well as external stakeholders who can go up to 500 per year. It is important for UKÄ to be able to administer licenses themselves and to be able to buy more licenses if necessary. An intended licensing model for UKÄ is that it is based on use where UKÄ pays for active licenses monthly.
