The contract has as its object the concession of the nursery management service “Il Paese dei Balocchi” of Nuova Olonio, located in a municipal building located in Dubino, via Largo V Alpini 2, aimed at the organization, management and administration of the same, in compliance with the purposes, standards and criteria of operation of the service, defined by regional legislation, by the laws of the sector current and future, from the specific technical and performance specifications as well as the educational, organizational and management project presented during the race.

In this regard, the dealer will have to guarantee on behalf of the Municipal Administration of Dubino, but in his own name and at his own risk, the educational management, the personnel and supplies necessary to complete and effective operation of the service, the ordinary maintenance of the building, the administrative management in order to take, at their own care, risk and expenses, of the cost of the service due by families of the users.
