The study assignment is divided into 4 categories of infrastructure projects:
- Multi : large infrastructure projects with subsidies and/or multiple clients
- Normal : sewerage and/or road projects without subsidy and with or without environmental permit
- Simple : maintenance / renovation of roads or footpaths without subsidy or environmental permit
- Creative : emphasis on landscape design or optimal economic solution
The study per project can consist of drawing up a feasibility study, drawing up a preliminary design, drawing up a design and tender file up to and including monitoring the tender procedure, supervising the execution of the works, disconnecting the private lots and any additional studies related to the contract as described in detail in the technical regulations in these specifications.
The assignment is divided into 3 lots, which in turn are divided into various fixed and conditional sub-assignments:
LOT 1 : Infrastructuurstudie
• Division 1A - Fixed section: Feasibility Study
• Sub-assignment 1B - Fixed part : Preliminary design
• Sub-contract 1C - Fixed part : Preparation of design and tender file up to and including follow-up of the tender procedure
• Sub-assignment 1D - Permanent part : Supervision of the execution of the works
• Sub-assignment 1E - Fixed part: Safety coordination
LOT 2 : Additional studies related to the project
• Sub-assignment 2A - Conditional part : Study of land intake
• Sub-assignment 2B - Conditional part : Feasibility study utility lines
• Sub-assignment 2C - Conditional part : Various studies
