Monetra Oulu Oy's Procurement Services puts out to tender the leasing financing services of employee bicycles to its customers (hereinafter also referred to as "subscribers").
Monetra Oulu Oy Hankintapalvelut requests your offer for employee bicycle leasing financing services to its customers (hereinafter also referred to as "subscribers") in accordance with this invitation to tender and its appendices.
The object of this acquisition is not wheels, but only their leasing financing and financial services.
Subscriber organizations want to offer their employees an employment bike advantage and the opportunity to acquire a bicycle through their employer.
Contracting entities have employees in the following provinces:
North Ostrobothnia, Central Ostrobothnia, Kainuu, Lapland, Central Finland, North Savo, Southwest Finland, Pirkanmaa, Satakunta and Uusimaa.
The client organisations currently employ a total of approximately 2800 people.
Employees can choose from which partner store or partner online store of the contract supplier to purchase the bicycle.
Employees can choose the bicycle model themselves. The employment bicycle is intended for the employee's personal use and can be ridden not only during business trips, but also at leisure.
The subject of the procurement is described in more detail in the invitation to tender and its annexes.
Subscribers do not commit to certain quantities of procurement during the contract period.
In the procurement of the leasing service for employee bicycles, one (1) service provider is selected to take care of the leasing financing of employee bicycles and the related additional services specified in more detail in the tender documents. More information on the selection can be found in the section "Criteria for decision-making" in the invitation to tender.
The contract period is scheduled to start on 1.11.2022. The start-up schedule is an estimate and the contract is only created with the signature of the procurement contract.
The agreement expires on 31.10.2024 and it is entitled to be extended for option years for the period 1.11.2024 - 31.10.2025 and 1.11.2025 - 31.10.2026.

This is a draft that will be supplemented before the agreement is signed.
