This specification describes the solutions, devices and accessories for both APD and CAPD for Home and Hospital Setting.

The described solutions and accessories for peritoneal dialysis in these specifications apply:

- on all current patients (already under treatment)

- on all newly started patients

A complete switch will be made in consultation with current patients (if applicable). Patients have the right to stay with the current supplier if they cannot be convinced to switch.

This is a framework agreement that will be concluded for a period of 24 months, with the option of unilaterally extending twice with 12 months each (= 2y + 1y + 1y)
