Construction of part of the North Breakwater for the protection of the Fishermen's Pool from excessive waterproofing, the construction of a permanent junction bridge together with three floating piers for yachts (spaces for 98 yachts) and preparation of the base of the harbour facilities

1. The subject of the contract is the implementation of the Project entitled “Expansion and reconstruction of the port of Puck to enable the development of its fishing, tourist and sailing functions” (PHASE I) implemented under the Regional Operational Programme of the Pomeranian Voivodeship for the years 2014-2020, Priority Axis 8 Conversion, Action 8.4 Support the attractiveness of natural heritage qualities co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund, according to the project documentation annex nr9 to SWZ (Design documentation).

2. Construction permit:

1) Construction permit issued by Pomeranian Voivodeship no. WI-II.7840.1.113.2018.IŻ of 15.10.2018.

2) Construction permit issued by Starosta Pucki no. AB/AW-6740/86/18/MP of 15.10.2018.

3. Range of investments:

The implementation of the project entitled “Expansion and redevelopment of the port of Puck to enable the development of its fishing, tourist and sailing functions”, due to scale and cost, was divided into two stages:

Phase I of implementation (subject to this proceeding) including: the construction of part of the North Breakwater for the protection of the Fishermen's Pool against excessive waterproofing, the construction of a permanent junction bridge together with three floating piers for yachts (places for 98 yachts) and preparation of the base of the port hinterland;

Phase II of implementation (not subject to the present procedure) including: completion of the construction of the North Breakwater, the display of 2 floating piers for yachts on the east side of the entry bridge (places for 108 yachts), construction of the extension of the Eastern Breakwater, completion of construction the base of the harbour facilities and the construction of new parking spaces and wintering yachts in the PGK areas.

Functional division

Taking into account:

planned phased expansion of the yacht and fishing port,

the existing functions of the port of Puck,

arrangements with the Maritime Office on the operation of the service wharf of the fishing port,

planned undertakings of street modernization: 10 February and Principe.
