PWN wants to conclude (an) agreement(s) with (a) Party(ies) that can provide services in the field of the collection and processing of Waste. Hereinafter referred to as "Waste Treatment". This Selection Guide concerns the selection phase of a European restricted tender procedure for nv pwn Waterleidingbedrijf Noord-Holland and its affiliated companies. In the selection phase, mainly on the basis of references and a number of suitability requirements, a maximum of 5 parties are selected who will proceed to the award phase and may submit a tender.

In order to make the contract accessible to a large number of parties, PWN has decided to divide the contract into 2 lots. A company may submit a tender for several lots.

- Lot 1: Waste processing fixed locations

- Lot 2: Waste processing Breakdown and Construction sites
