Dynamic purchasing system (DAS) for the hiring of temporary staff
The DAS actually consists of 3 phases:
1. Application for authorisation
2. Admission
3. Request for quotation and assignment.
The Contracting Authority wishes to place a large part of its external capacity needs in a Dynamic Purchasing System (DAS). With this Dynamic Purchasing System, the Contracting Authority aims to ensure that it has access to the best available offer in the market at any time. For the time being, the Dynamic Purchasing System only covers the following functions:
