Mandatory collective contract concerning the provident and health scheme for private law staff of Versailles Habitat

The purpose of the guarantee is to grant a complementary contribution to the basic Social Security schemes in the event of medical, surgical and hospitalisation expenses, within the limits of the guarantee amounts defined in the tables below and the costs actually incurred by the beneficiaries. The benefits payable by the supplementary scheme are therefore understood to be in addition to those of the basic Social Security scheme

The purpose of the contract is to set up provident guarantees for all staff who meet the conditions of admission for the guarantees retained by Versailles Habitat, namely:- capital in the event of death or absolute and permanent disability;- incapacity for work;- permanent disability. Guarantee refers to the right to payment of a service in the event of the occurrence of an insured risk under this contract
