The subject of the call for tenders is the planning, structural and technical execution (trade fair construction) of an annually updated concept for the design of the Thuringian joint stand at the International Green Week (IGW) for the years 2023 to 2026. The IGW in 2023 will take place from 20 to 29 January 2023 at Messe Berlin, Messedamm 22. The IGW 2024 is expected to take place from 19 to 28 January 2024 at the same location, the IGW 2025 is expected to take place from 18 to 27 January 2025 at the same location, the IGW 2026 is expected to take place from 17 to 26 January 2026 at the same location. For the AG, half of daylight hall 20, directly at the North Entrance, will be available for the IGW 2023 for the Thuringian Mes-seauftritt. The AG reserves the right to rent this space for the IGW for the years 2024 to 2026.
The Free State of Thuringia presents itself with its agricultural and food industry and rural areas on an exhibition area of 1872 sqm at the renowned location Hall 20 at the North Entrance with about 30-35 exhibitors (companies, local authorities, clubs, associations, etc.).
The central task is to fully implement the design concept for the 1872 sqm Thuringian joint stand with approx. 30-35 exhibitors in accordance with the attached and possibly further developed planning documents including a detailed service description, which has been prepared by the already commissioned design agency Papenfuss from Weimar, at the IGW, which takes place in the years 2023 to 2026, in terms of technical and trade fair construction, including the following tasks: Preparation of construction plans, procurement, stand construction (stand concept with a sustainable stand construction), project management, scheduling, reporting, support, coordination, technical orders, permits, production of exhibition stands, lighting constructions, stage technology, storage of materials
The following are some of the contractor's services that are primarily necessary for the creation of the exhibition stand:
general hall expansion; Production of company stands, service and action areas, etc.; production of special furniture; Procurement of decorations etc.; Creation of print, lighting and advertising spaces; Procurement of stage, presentation and lighting technology; Ordering catering equipment and container/truck parking spaces for rent
The reusability of banners, portals, procured furniture should be given. Storage and transport services to and from the warehouse shall be carried out by the Contractor
