The subject of the contract consists of a technical management contract for the technical installations in apartment buildings and single-family homes on various sites. It is:

1. the electrical installations;

2. the HVAC installation;

3. the sanitary installation;

4. the RWA installation and CO ventilation.

The assignment consists of preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance and a total guarantee with open bookkeeping and has a duration of 10 years.
