Upkeep and maintenance of Controlled Mechanical Ventilation (CMV) installations

The object of this contract is the upkeep and maintenance of individual and collective mechanical ventilation installations (not including gas CMVs) equipping the homes managed by Néotoa.

The market includes:

- routine maintenance and repairs included in the annual flat rate (repair of installations, an annual visit of collective and individual equipment, sweeping of collective CMV ducts);

- major maintenance and repairs outside the annual fixed price.
