The purpose of the present tender is to conclude a framework agreement with one contractor for the supply, installation and maintenance of lockers including the necessary electronic locking system and locker management software and to take and dispose of the current lockers on request. Contracting authority wishes to contract one total supplier, for both the hardware and software.

The first further agreement concerns the replacement of 910 lockers for the College Den Hulster. The estimate is based on the student forecast for the coming years in accordance with the strategic housing plan. Based on the student forecast for Het Blariacumcollege and College Den Hulster, a maximum of 3000 lockers are expected to be required.
