The competition is for a Framework Agreement for the delivery of editorial services, text and journalist services in various communication channels.

The Contracting Authority would like to join up with a tenderer(s) who is used to working with knowledge-intensive environments and who can adapt design and language to different platforms and media.

Some of the assignments are connected to DOGA's permanent activities and can be planned a long time in advance, whilst others have more of an ad-hoc characteristic, e.g., chronicles or short comments on current events.

The Contracting Authority would also like help with media placement and distribution, and the tenderer must have the competence and systems for this.

The Contracting Authority will enter into a contract with up to 3 tenderers. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to go directly to each Framework Agreement supplier for specific projects if needed. The reason is that such services can be carried out in different ways/styles.

The Contracting Authority reserves the right to go outside the Framework Agreement if the Framework Agreement suppliers cannot meet the need in an appropriate/specific/suitable way.

The contract value is estimated to: 2 800 000 NOK excluding VAT for the entire contract period. The amount is an estimate and is not binding.
