The subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management in accordance with the definition in Article 6 paragraph 1 point 1 of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2022, item 672 – "Forest Act") including works in the field of nature protection on peat bog located in the NATURA 2000 area in the Lubań Forestry in the 4h branch, specified in the Plan of Conservation Tasks for the Natura 2000 Szumleś PLH 220086.
The subject of the contract includes cutting shrubs, undergrowth and trees with chainsaws (chainsaws) and taking all the cut vegetation out of the area covered by the treatment. The material scope of the contract includes the total quantities of works resulting from Annex 2 to the SWZ. Descriptions of activity codes describing individual forestry works (activities) included in the subject of the contract are described in Annex 3 to the SWZ. The description of the rules of the procedure for acceptance of forestry works is included in Annex 3 to the SWZ.

The subject of the contract includes cutting shrubs, undergrowth and trees with chainsaws (chainsaws) and taking all the cut vegetation out of the area covered by the treatment.
The Ordering Party indicates that there may be a need to clean up heavily inclined trees, tipping and scrap metal. In addition, the Ordering Party indicates that the area covered by the contract is peat bogs – wetlands. Therefore, when performing the subject of the contract, the Contractor is obliged to exercise extreme caution.
During the performance of works, the Contractor will be obliged to protect protected plants and their occurrence sites against damage.
During works on peat substrate, the contractor will be obliged to minimize damage to the peat bog surface and peatland vegetation. The material scope of the contract includes works in the field of nature protection, resulting from Annex No. 2 to the SWZ, which consists of:
Appendix No. 2.1. – planned size of works;
Appendix No. 2.2. – detailed size of works by groups of activities, activities and location;
The material scopes listed in the annexes included in Annex 2 are estimates. Quality standards relating to all essential features of the subject of the contract are specified in Appendix No. 3 to the SWZ. Descriptions of activity codes describing individual forest works (activities) included in the subject of the contract are described in Appendix No. 3 to the SWZ. A description of the rules for the procedure for commissioning forest works is included in Annex 3 to the SWZ
The contracting authority provides for the possibility of awarding contracts referred to in Article 214(1)(7) of the Public Procurement Law within a period of 3 years from the date of award of the basic contract. The material scope of services constituting the subject of the contracts referred to in the previous sentence will not exceed 50% of the value of this contract.
