The licensee's benefits include:

— the supply of the push-puller vehicle (including design and execution of execution studies) and its equipment;

— the provision of specific operating accessories and specific maintenance tools (where applicable);

— transport and delivery of the vehicle;

— on-site testing and commissioning of the vehicle;

— the supply and installation on the vehicle of the Scharfenberg and CP couplings;

- supply of spare parts;

— documentation relating to the vehicle, spare parts, specific accessories and tools (where applicable);

- staff training;

— benefits due under guarantees (general and special).
