The purpose of this contract is the mechanical renovation of the head valve of the Bournillon hydroelectric plant (38).

The purpose of this contract is the mechanical renovation of the head valve of the Bournillon hydroelectric plant, and in particular:

- Studies of the head valve, the overspeed paddle, the associated penstock portion (downstream and upstream) and the associated oil-hydraulic power plant;

- The installation of the means of access and handling will be the responsibility of the bidders as well as the base camp;

- The dismantling of the existing in a lead context;

- Draining and treatment of existing oil;

- The supply and installation of the head valve, the associated dismantling sleeves and the associated assembly fingers associated with the control system;

- The supply and installation of the oil-hydraulic power plant associated with the head valve, which includes:

o The temperature regulation system;

o The supply of the first oil charge;

o The components of the power plant (cylinders, piping, solenoid valves, etc.).

- The supply and installation of an overspeed paddle with a device to adjust the release speed;

- The supply and installation of the pipe sections associated with the installation of the head valve and the associated bolts;

- Stripping and repainting of the pipe section associated with the head valve, downstream and upstream, inside and outside (approximately along the length of the room);

- Associated testing and requalification;

- Waste treatment.

The main objectives and constraints of the Market are as follows:

- The implementation and modernization of all the mechanical and hydraulic equipment of the head valve necessary for the extension of the operation of the group associated with the Bournillon low-head development;

- The on-site operation is scheduled between the beginning of May and the beginning of July 2025.

The main characteristics of electrical equipment are as follows:

- The head valve is a butterfly type piped valve with a diameter of 1200mm, supporting a PMIS of approximately 5.85mCE with a gravity closure (counterweight);

- The pipe has a thickness of 5mm and an internal diameter of 1200mm. The length of repainting is approximately 5 m (interior and exterior);

- The hydraulic power unit allowing the following manoeuvring times:

o 50 seconds in the opening;

o 80 seconds closed.

- The overspeed paddle with a nominal flow rate of 5.1 m3/s and a theoretical trip value of 6.344 m3/s.
