Framework agreement (AQ) with a single operator, for the supply of ledwall devices for scenographic needs of CPTV (lot no. 1) and radio (lot no. 2), both including:

— SMD 3-in-1 Black LED LED display tiles (SMD2020 or SMD1515), nominal 2.9 mm pitch (± 0.4%). 5% of the tiles supplied with each implementation must provide for the possibility of mounting them at 90 degrees from each other,

— sending Card (ledwall control unit) for controlling the ledwalls installed in “full fault tolerance” mode in order to ensure the video supply of the ledwalls even in the event of a failure of a of the two control units. Currently, Novastar MCRTL4K sending cards are used; equivalent products are allowed to be evaluated with reference to the number of addressable pixels and the supported refresh rate that must be equal or higher than the one required for ledwalls. In the event that products are also considered to be equivalent by the contracting station, together with the supply of the equipment, the application software and documentation must also be delivered, also in electronic format, for the configuration and colorimetric alignment of ledwalls.

For each batch, a 24-month warranty and the provision of spare parts upgrades and availability for 36 months are included in the delivery.

In view of the nature of the AQ, the quantities indicated are merely indicative and the estimated value for each lot represents the maximum amount not subject to downward and in any way demanding nor binding for RAI.

The purpose of the supply is:

— LED-display tiles (also ledwall or tiles) S.M.D. 3 in 1 Black LED (SMD2020 or SMD1515), nominal 2.9 mm pitch (± 0.4%). 5% of the tiles supplied with each implementation must provide for the possibility of mounting them at 90 degrees from each other,

— sending Card (ledwall control unit) for controlling the ledwalls installed in “full fault tolerance” mode in order to ensure the video supply of the ledwalls even in the event of a failure of a of the two control units. Currently, Novastar MCRTL4K sending cards are used, which meet the technical quality requirements necessary for television production; equivalent products are allowed to be evaluated with reference to the number addressable pixels and the supported refresh rate that must be equal to or greater than that required for ledwalls. In the event that products are also considered to be equivalent by the contracting station, together with the supply of the equipment, the application software and documentation must also be delivered, also in electronic format, for the configuration and colorimetric alignment of ledwalls.

In order to have the same colorimetry and light output, the successful tenderer must provide for the entire duration of the AQ tiles belonging to the same production lot, subject to causes not attributable to the supplier itself and duly motivated. In any case, the tiles covered by each implementation must belong to the same production lot.

The documentation relating to the CE certification is an integral part of the technical documentation and must be compulsorily produced, subject to termination of the contract, when supplying the materials, according to the detail referred to in the technical specifications.
